Ok. One of my resolutions for this year, besides crafting more, is to take my knitting to a whole new level. My first year was great, with lots of projects, learning and making mistakes, which is also good ’cause we learn from them too. I’ve always been afraid of trying something new, a technique that seemed complicated. It would take me months to actually have the courage to do it. (yeah, it’s that silly). However, when I started working on increases, decreases, etc, I saw that it wasn’t so bad. It was actually quite easy. I’ve tried to work on a hoodie before but it didn’t really work and I gave up too quickly. So I decided to give this raglan sweater a try! I’ve been purchasing a lot of patterns from Staci at http://verypink.com . She’s great and has tutorial videos that explain the tricky parts. I can’t post the pattern, but you can purchase it at her website.
Happy Knitting everyone!
